Elenany at The [Mine] Gallery
Elenany is exhibiting at the Mine Gallery in Carshalton, Surrey as part of its People and Places exhibition from 8th July til 1st August. You will be able to buy Limitied edition pieces developed for the show (see Mine Gallery Collection here) as well other pieces such as mens t-shirts. We would love you to visit! Limited Edition
Elenany is proud to present the Limited Edition Friday Collection, including Triple 9 Percent menswear.
We’re only making the pieces in very low numbers, so once they’re gone, they are gone forever! However, the menswear t-shirts will not be made in limited numbers, so you can purchase these at your leisure!
What is Pre-order?
The Friday Collection is only available to buy by pre-order, or, made to order. The benefits of this system means we can offer our styles in a much larger size range (8-24) and also offer bespoke options on garments. This means you have to wait a little bit longer to receive your products while they’re specially made up at our London manufacturer. Once you place your order, it will take up to 3 weeks to receive your goods. For orders placed outside the UK, please note there is the added time of shipping your order, which normally takes about a week.
I live outside the UK and would like to buy something
At this time we can only accept Paypal for non-UK debit & credit cards. We do ship internationally, but please note, we cannot send items as gifts and you may have to pay extra import duties for your products if you live outisde the EU. We are sorry for this inconvenience and hope to improve this service in the future -please bear with us.
Delivery
UK
Deliveries made to UK addresses are sent by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and costs £4.50. This is a next day delivery service. We expect to despatch your order within 48 hours of the order being placed. The item will need a signature on delivery, so we will let you know when we despatch it.
Delivery for t-shirts and womenswear accessories is £3 and is sent by Recorded Delivery.

We will use the Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail Packets service. Please see details below for details on your specific location

Under Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. You need to email customerservices@elenany.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the goods to inform us of your cancellation. Please return the items to us using the methods below. After this time, we regret that we cannot accept any returns or cancellations. How can I return any unsuitable items? 1) Return the items to us by post. Please note that if you send items back, you are responsible for getting them to us safely. We recommend you use a service where a signature must be obtained on delivery. 2) Return items by drop-off. After cancelling your order by email, please let us know when you will be dropping it off. Please bring the items to: Demonstrate Design Ltd In both instances, please ensure you include your receipt with you as proof of purchase.
Refunds We will aim to refund payments as quickly as possible, but within a maximum of 30 days. I can’t add an item I like to my basket Unfortunately, this item is now out of stock, unless stated otherwise within the given product page.
Can I buy Elenany products in shops? Elenany is currently only available online, but please check the stockists page in seasons to come. Where is Elenany Made? Elenany products are currently made in London, except for the t-shirts which are printed in the UK but sourced from abroad from a source which has an ethical practise code in place.
How Can I cancel an order?
Unsuitable items can be returned to us by post or by drop-off if you live locally in London. Once you have emailed us at the above address informing us of your cancellation, you can do one of the following,
