Deliveries made to UK addresses are sent by the Royal Mail Special Delivery service and costs £4.50. This is a next day delivery service. We expect to despatch your order within 48 hours of the order being placed. The item will need a signature on delivery, so we will let you know when we despatch it.
International
We will use the Royal Mail International Signed For Airmail Packets service. Please see details below for details on your specific location

How Can I cancel an order?
Under Distance Selling regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 7 days of receiving the goods. You need to email customerservices@elenany.co.uk within 7 days of receiving the goods to inform us of your cancellation. Please return the items to us using the methods below. After this time, we regret that we cannot accept any returns or cancellations.
How can I return any unsuitable items?
Unsuitable items can be returned to us by post or by drop-off if you live locally in London. Once you have emailed us at the above address informing us of your cancellation, you can do one of the following,
1) Return the items to us by post. Please note that if you send items back, you are responsible for getting them to us safely. We recommend you use a service where a signature must be obtained on delivery.
2) Return items by drop-off. After cancelling your order by email, please let us know when you will be dropping it off. Please bring the items to:
